~Bri：Called because I had been unable to sign up for an account after at least ** attempts for the last few weeks. Kept geting error "Your registration could not be processed at the moment. Please try again later" I tried several different browsers and ip addresses but never had success. Apparently this number is only for existing premium accounts. I told him that I wanted a premium account but he couldn't help me unless I already had an account set up. Apparently the only way to get help with setting up the free account (which you need to do before getting the premium account) is via email which I get no response.
