~cjax7777:I had two magic jacks , One as a back up that I was going to let expire . The one that was to expire they put on auto renewal .. I did NOT authorize !!! My other magic jack I bought an extra * year plan ..I called them and told them I did not want to renew the back up .. They said ok and CUT OFF BOTH MAGIC JACKS !!! THE ONE WITH * EXTRA YEAR WAS DEAD.. WHAT A NIGHT MARE DEALING WITH THEM ! I got on the online chat and finally got them to send me a new magic jack !! I still had to pay the *.** shipping , even though it was their fault .. Got my new one and all is good !! now I have another back up that will expire in Feb. ****... My God I hope I do not go thru this again !!!! BEWARE.. Once they cut one off they cannot refresh it as they say .. it is dead as **** and you have to replace it .. Hard to communicate with them ...
