On Monday ** March I established another chat and after again trying to solve my problem I was again transferred to a senior agent. I had a short wait and was about to finalize getting the problem solved when the "connection" was evidently lost. The senior agent on this chat named "Jesseeme", was extremely helpful, unfortunately the connection was lost*terminated. I again established a chat and was chatting with "Tara" she read the previous chat and saw what was need and transferred me to senior agent*rep. Mae.
