~athas17:If you call ***-***-****, you get a man who answers "Corporate Offices". I had to ask if this was Macy's. It was. He was very nice and listened to my frustrating story of calling the other Macy's *** nbr * times and getting Philipino women who were very hard to understand and who said I couldn't talk to a rep in the US. He put me on hold several times and then asked if I wanted to be on hold directly for Cus. Service. I asked if I would be talking to someone in the US. He said yes. After a short wait, guess what? Another Philipino woman who said there was no way to talk to a rep in the US. I bit down my anger and asked her my questions (about curtains) and after being put on hold several times and waiting and talking to her for a total of ** mins, I sort of got my questions answered. The only reason I am going to order from them at this particular time is that someone gave me a gift card. When that is used up I am never shopping at Macy's again.
