This number got me immediate action. The customer service rep had his supervisor issue the credit personally. Said it should show in ** hours. I'm crossing my finger it works this time! I am disappointed in Macys that I couldn't actually connect with a real person through their phone line without having these "secret numbers." Thank goodness for this site!
