~Barb:I used the phone * above and was pleasantly surprised. Other than them wanting an order number which I didn't have because I needed technical support (I just entered ********** and got through), when I did get a person, she took all my info and then said she would transfer me to Technical Support, who took all my info and the said I needed to be transferred to Ideapad Technical Support, who took all my info * but then were very helpful. That is why only rated Quality of Communication as * (and the fact that Althea all had strong Southern US accents which were difficult to understand at times. But my service fix was great.
