~Anonymous：Lab Corp recently took over from Muir Labs where I previously had my lab work done. I needed labs done for my annual physical so I first went to the lab location near my home. The waiting room is very small (about *'x**'). All of the chairs were filled with patients waiting for lab work and patients were standing. That has never happened when I went to the same location when Muir Labs ran the program. I left and went to another lab location in a nearby city. The waiting room was larger, but all but * chairs were filled with patients waiting for their lab services. I signed in and took a seat. Initially, I started reading a book I had brought along, but after about ** minutes, I noted that only the second person was just then being called in. I spoke to the patient next to me and was told he had already been waiting more than an hour. He was called ** minutes later. I was finally called in for my blood work after waiting over ** minutes. My total time with the phlebotomist was * minutes
