GetHuman-281023：I had a problem with Quicken's download capability and intuit password request. The chat service was totally inadequate. I was able to get telephone support from Quicken's institutional service. It took an hour and half to fix the problem with active x use. The chat session was totally useless in this case. When I asked Ryan to call, he indicated that this was not possible.*If Quicken provides such feeble and inadequate support services, I probably will not renew my software in the future.*Further, not only do you require consumers to constantly, upgrade their software at great expense, but you also provide no adequate type of support service.*I do not understand how you actually maintain a customer base with such inferior service.*On the other hand, Connie who provided my financial institution with support was exceptionally kind, capable and resourceful. It took me nearly * days and innumerable calls to solve this problem. CHAT DOES NOT WORK!!!!!
