~twinmom:I've spent way too much time watching the clock tick down trying to get their "red" sales. I was a "front row" member and with two computers and high speed internet they still sold out of what I wanted before I could click "buy." I'm convinced their really good "red" deals are bait and switch. Additionally, I've ordered what was supposed to be Custo Barcelona and it turned out to be "Custo Line" A cheaper made product. At least they took it back and gave me a refund. My most recent order which consisted of everything Desigual, took over a month to recieve, and a few items were wrong! Everything was returned out of frustration. I demanded a refund which took over * month, left voicemails, and three contacts with customer service via chat. Save yourself a headache even if it saves you a buck. The only good thing is that they actually make returning an item easy with their UPS labels. I just feel like they're a young company who really doesn't have it together yet.
