The services is also horrible and service goes out everytime it rains, even if it is not heavy rain. I was on hold for over an hour while they figured out what they could do about the taxes. I finally hung up. I called back later and cancelled my service. I will now be reporting them for charging their customers tax on services that are not taxable.
