I called on three occasions, and just couldn't verbally communicate well enough to solve my issue. That includes one attempt to talk to a supervisor, which ended when their call "transfer" disconnected me. I ended up calling the hotel directly to book because honestly, the hassle involved with Hotels.com isn't worth the small discount.
