She responded quickly and thoroughly took care of the situation, calling the hotel and canceling it for me, faxing them the complaint to get my reimbursement for my *nd night and then booking a new hotel for me. Because of how they took care of me, I am now a loyal customer of hotels.com and will recommend them to my friends and family.
