~Sherrishera:If not for *rd party consumer advocates my complaints would be on deaf ears. Waited forever, double booked my car, shuffled me from car to car resulting in iPhone loss*theft (which was noted moments after happening before leaving the lot). When I finally have the opportunity to speak with cust service they reject reimbursing me for said iPhone (*, brand new), instead offer me a small discount on a FUTURE rental. Obviously, if they don't take responsibility for this I would never consider using Hertz again. There is a good chance that I wouldn't use their services anyway considering the nightmare & expense they have caused me.
