They lose things, they don't file things and they re-ask for things over and over. They threaten monthly to take away your benefits if you don't resubmit things they already have gotten many times over. It is like calling Haiti. You will get a hillbilly, or a ghetto person on the phone and they make tons and tons of errors. Welcome to the new America.
