~kthrngracem:short wait but no help whatsoever, in order to enter the chat you have to describe your issues so I did in detail (including the service ticket that had been issued when I spoke to someone earlier) but the associate who "helped" me must not have read it because he asked all the same questions I had addressed in the initial message. *His "help" was slow and even when I had mentioned I had already done the things he suggested and all the things HP suggested he would continue to reiterate what he had just said. *It was obvious that both on HPs live chat and on their in person phone calls that the help was provided by people that did not understand english very well and it was very difficult to get straightforward help.
