The guy from INDIA(JAMES) said for me to buy NEW Printer cartridges and if I still have the problem then to contact HP. The problem is, that we only printed out * pages and our ink was low. The Printer-Scanner-fax machine is only being use for scanning so far. The noise it made roused my suspicion that it was bleeding the ink low every time I turned it on. The support guy from HP(INDIA) confirmed that it was indeed, cleaning and bleeding the cartridges dry every time we turned it on. So DO NOT BUY a HP PRINTER. He gave some number to call to get help and it was a dead end conference line telling me to enter a CODE to continue. Okay, SO once again I was screwed by HP.
