~Martha Reed:I returned a printer to Walmart which I was told to do by one of your techs yesterday.*Another tech named Ed also told me to return it since it was under warranty ( a two year one). Walmart would not refund it since I had not returned it in ** days. I tried calling the number on the Walmart receipt since they said I had to deal with HP. I was talking with someone - the second of two and I got cut off. They had my number so I expected them to call me back. They did not !!! What kind of customer service do you call the run around I have gotten. Terrible at this point ! I guess my next step is to call the Better Business Bureau.
