~rcsloan:I am a host family for an exchange student. On ** Sept. I tried to ad minutes to our students phone by your telephone service. Toward the end of the transaction I was transfered to customer service where I talked to a customer service agent. They told me the transaction was denied and they would be glad to help. I was assured my card would not be double charged. Later that day I checked my card statement. H*O had billed twice. I called them and they said only one charge had been applied. at that time I spoke to a supervisor and she said if two charges showed up call her back and she gave me her extension and name Today * Oct. I called back to talk to her and the cust. svc. rep would not transfere me.and told me a long process that I would have to go through for reimbersment. And as usual I could barely understand her. Guess I'll call my card company.
