~Wizzy:H*O customer service is the worst in the world. You are kept on hold for almost an hour then a very rude representative comes on line. Most of the time they do not know how to fix the problem. I called about my international credit which is what attracted me to their services. The representative told me that was a previllage i was not entitled to. I asked why i was not able to send text message internationally and she said "you are not supposed to anway". I asked if there was a way i could pay for them, i just needed the service* she just said "No!"
