~unhappy "CUSTOMER":This was the first year I have paid to have our taxes filed. First, we saved more doing it ourselves and received a bigger return. There was a school district tax issue and we paid them to correct it. Five months later we receive a notice from the state saying we OWED $***.**. When I had H & R block see why I received this bill, they made a mistake and did not file the school district form. A very big mistake and there's nothing they can do. The state is not as patient for their money as the IRS. IN fact, they will continue to fine you until it is not paid in full. The customer service through H&R Block was horrible and SO, VERY unprofessional! Very dissatisfied and upset!
