~FC:Tried to use the LOCAL** discount, but it didn't take and my card was charged full price. First call I was told they could cancel the order, but it would take *-* bus days to refund my card. Tried using a different card, LOCAL** showed the discount, but still charged my card full price. Second call, they said LOCAL** would only work once, and it was on order cancelled. He went in and fixed the problems, so that I was actually able to use the discount. The discount could be easier to use (automatic?) and it should be possible to cancel an order without talking to Cust. Svc.
