~angryguy：They did not solve my problem whatsoever. It has been over two weeks. I bought a groupon and the company didn't provide the service. When I contact groupon for a refund they took * days to respond. They respond late at night from India telling me they are trying to get in contact with the business but cant. Obviously! The business is closed at *AM! I tried to ask them to escalate the issue and have someone in my time zone fix it. They have not responded and its been three days.
