I called to find out hiw to oay my payment due in * business days since I did mot receive a bill to use with my change letter. The nasty customer service woman told me all the info us in the letter and to just send a check by itself to them. What a fly by night company. Crappy service, crappy company, very unhappy customer. Thanks so much Citimortgsge. Never a late payment in * years and this is my reward. I've got to refinance as soon as possible!
