GetHuman-263438：Due to an FBI virus on my computer, I was unaware of the scam and purchased a Moneypak card for ***.**. When Green Dot notified me it was a scam, I immediately requested a refund. I have been working this since ** Dec **** and recently last week, they supposedly sent a FEDX to reimburse but No one can find a tracking number to track. I called FEDX and they have nothing on file. I was asked to call back after lunch today but if I do not get resolution today, I will be notifying the Federal Trade commision and any one else (BBB) for help to eliminate this organization. Totally rediculous and I feel they are the ones that are scamming people and no, they do not speak english well and present themselves as IDOITS. I am very sorry I did not follow up but these cards should not be in any stores preiod. I purchased from Walgreens. Be ware!!!
