~Anonymous:I have actually memorized the company phone number and my account number at this point because I have call their automated system and hung up to re-navigate their system again to find what I was looking for so many times. For a communication company, I feel I should be able to access account information via phone and*or web but am able to do neither. The phone system has changed and is now through a third party the charges and fee and does not give account information without payment, even though the menu says that it does. The website is apparently down until the end of the month. Even when it is up, there are * choices - account information and online bill pay. However, receipt of payments cannot be confirmed through the accoutn page. You must log on to online bill pay - which is currently "down for the month". i waited * minutes to confirm my payment had been received, but had been able to pull up my credit card account to confirm payment before I was able to get ANY informati
