~Carlos:My name is Carlos Pedroza. I made a payment last month that has been withdrawn from my account. When I called to make a payment today I was informed that my policy has been cancelled and I owe a $** reinstatement fee because I didn't pay last month. I explained to them I did make a payment and that I had received a authorization code from the rep. The person I spoke to today advised me that they do not use reference numbers anymore so she could not look up the payment i made that way-she asked for a reference number. The rep I talked to last month didn't give me a reference number. No one I spoke to could tell me where the money I paid last month went, they just knew that they did not send an SR** to the DMV and now my license has been suspended again and I don't have any insurance, even though I paid it. I have been on the phone with representatives trying to solve this issue. Phone calls don't work, I just get moved on to the next persons and no ones seems to know how to find
