How about just ask for the email address of the fitbit we used to set up and then my information will be displayed -simple solution. *My question was answered however when I asked when a food database for Australia will be available to sync (within the same fitbit app) not external she did not know. I also find it hard to believe the people with no smartphone are not able to particpate in challenges, they cannot do it online as this service is not available. *Why are Australian customers paying for a product that does not include their food database and no access to challenges using their web function only. If we had done more homework on this, we would NOT have purchased the fit bit. *Why can't we have an Australian call centre or be diverted to a third party that can understand us and not cost us a fortune in phoni
