~CJT from Missouri:I made them give me a supervisor and wanted information on why the tracking said they delivered a package and left it on the porch on Nov ** at *:** when the person I shipped to didn't get it on their porch until Nov **st in the morning. I wanted them to contact their delivery person and then tell me what happened and why their tracking was incorrect. The supervisor's attitude toward me was obviously annoyed. You can't trust their tracking, you can't trust them, either, becaus the supervisor NEVER got back to me with an explanation. Lousy service!!!
