Spent * hours on the phone, the first time I was given the wrong information and the second time was given completely different information! Anytime I call no one knows what they are looking at I have to tell them what to look at how I have to pay. They never completely look at my file and tell me I don't know what I am talking about. If my meds didn't have to keep me a live I wouldn't take half of them , but since if I were to stop taking them I would literally die I have to deal with these morons they have working for them!
