It kept saying all reps are busy and then it would give me options to pick. Every option would end up recycling me back through the system.**So I tried this and was on with a live person in no time who listened to what I needed then transferred me to the correct dept.***- pick the option for adding a new line on your account**- put in any fake ** digit ESN number and confirm**- answer the question with "yes" that you are prepared to pay activation*first month service, etc.**- at this point you should be taken to a live person
