GetHuman-jimwlee:I shopped Costco in Tempe AZ last week (****). I went to do general shopping and to pick up an $*** Champion portable electrical generator.**I found the item but was way to heavy for me to lift by myself and would not fit the grocery cart. I went over near the stocking - frozen food area in the back looking for help. The generator box said it was over two hundred pounds and was stacked two high. **I found a young man who was talking to a female worker and asked for help. All I wanted was for him to go into the back ( we were near the back of the store) and pull out a flat bed cart as I've seen them back there. He chose not to help me get the cart or lift the item but instead disappeared into the back area and reappeared saying that someone would be out to help me. I asked him to get me flat be as it was obvious it was needed and would he call back on the radio to see if the the person could hurry up as I was on a tight schedule to pick up kids. **He not only told me he did not have a radio but was unwilling to go back and when I asked about the flat bed cart he told me "he was not my slave". I was waiting by a food demo person who heard it all. The associate walk away pushing his cart of card board boxes. The food demo person and I looked at each other and basically came to the conclusion this was a case of a millennial worker who was not trained and if so did not give a -"fill in your word" and who was at least lazy. **Two other associates came out and they got a flat cart and it took all of us to man handle the generator down. I decided to skip the rest of my shopping. I calmed down enough to to complain to the supervisor on my way out. I am totally incensed that associate believes a customer asking for help constitutes him being a slave to him and basically walking away. The two who came outdid their job and it took all of us to pull down the generator and steady the flat cart.** I will be sure to tell others of this lack of customer service and back talk.**Jim - Very Disappointed customer,
