GetHuman-316073：Their new security system is ridiculous. I spent the entire afternoon speaking to someone in the Phillipines trying to access my account. After two hours I was able to log on, but still cannot access my account. I have to wait for yet another security code to be sent to me by snail mail. They make it very difficult to reach a human being in the United States. The person in the Phillipines reluctantly transferred me to a customer service agent in Texas, but would not give me the number. I finally got the phone number from the customer service rep in Texas, told her my story and she didn't seem the least bit interested. I will be moving my stock portfolio to another company.
