I've had enough and am selling everything and closing my account.**My issue was I forgot my security question, and had my account locked...*It took me * calls, each lasting ** minutes, on * separate days, to unlock my account. TO UNLOCK MY ACCOUNT, it took * days!*The security questions they ask are ridiculous (i gave enough info for someone to impersonate me), I couldn't understand them half the time, they couldn't understand me until I started talking like a * yo. Each time, they said it was unlocked, but when I tried, it was still locked. Just to unlock my account, it took * calls!! Are you kidding me?!?! I'm done with Computershare, selling and taking my business elsewhere.
