~DF:I have waited * weeks to have my services hooked up. THEY missed the first installation window they scheduled for me and when I tried calling, I got passed around to * different people. I was given a local number to call however every time I tried calling, I received a pre-recorded message that said "all circuits are currently busy" and I would be hung up on automatically. I finally got through to someone the next day and I was told my account didn't exist. I felt completely violated in having already provided my SSN to a rep previously however no record of my address or account?? It took them another week to set up an account for me and schedule a new installation. So much wasted time and I haven't even started service yet. Way to make a first impression on a new customer!
