~Frustrated!:First of all, I've NEVER had such a difficult time finding a phone number to call to ask questions about opening a credit card account! Then, Annabell spoke so fast that I had difficulty understanding her. She could not answer some of my questions. I asked to talk to a Supervisor, but she never let me do that -- she asked them and got back to me. I had to push her to clarify her unclear responses. Overall a terrible and time-consuming experience!!!
