~HATECITICARDS:I called in to customer service w* one of the easiest issues there is when you are a csr... I called to update my MAILING ADDRESS!!!! OMG!!!! Worst mistake I ever could have done... I had to talk to * different reps & the final rep was in the fraud dept. OMG WORST SITUATION I HAVE EVER HAD TO DEAL WITH!!! After I spoke to the *th rep she had * call me bk after I was on the line w* her for ** mins having to repeat over & over the answers to my verification questions! I have chase, bank of America & Capitol one cards & I have never experienced such foolishness!! And keep in mind this was my *st call to the customer service line as a new member! I'm seriously thinking about canceling my card that I just got approved for * days ago! THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!!!
