~Apparently Oblivious:My credit card has been charged annually for an account I did not create! They were able to cancel the most recent one* however, they cannot cancel the previous YEARS! I had to call twice because both student advocates were "experiencing computer problems" as soon as I explained my situation. At least I was able to recover one of the three $**.** charges! Student advocates were pleasant, but I am truly disgusted with this company--and moreso with myself for not noticing these previous charges.
