GetHuman-142190:I have tried four times to get through this morning so far. Each time, I enter my memberID and other requested information and after requesting a rep I am put into the hold queue. While there, I listen to the recording about how I can find my information on their Web site. I've been on it* the information I need is not there. I finally called the tech support line and informed them of the problem with the queue. They connected me via a different number that was supposed to be better and I was disconnected from that. I've never had this many disconnects when calling anybody.
