~Bonnie:I am proud of the way I handle my bills--I pay regularly and on time. I set my Capital One payment to be paid every * weeks on BillPay. As a result, one month, * payments were made. Both payments got credited to the current month, making my next month's payment "late." Even though I have been an outstanding customer, Capital One jacked my interest rate up from *.* percent to ** percent. I called and got an Indian representative who could hardly speak English. All he did was read from a script. When I asked for his supervisor, I got the same type of person--totally unhelpful and non-caring. I could not make them understand that I was not behind in my payments, I was actually AHEAD! **I got nowhere with them so I went to a savings and loan and got a loan to pay them off. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH CAPITAL ONE.
