GetHuman-kathie_l:Worst airline customer service ever. The call center is challenged in using English and will cancel your ticket if you have mobility issues. Worst airline I have dealt with for disability related concerns. They have a rule that only allows you to call three times, and they hang up on your the first two. The resolution offered for their errors, you can buy more tickets from them. Worst ever! Stay away if you have any ADA issues, they do not want you on their planes.
