Have tried numerous times on different occasions to upgrade his flights or make simple changes and have met nothing but interminable waits and bad information. I even get ridiculous comments from their customer service reps such as that it would cost $*,*** to upgrade a seat on a one way from London to Boston. Ridiculous. It's like they take courses in how to be incompetent in the most maddening, rigid, formulaic, superficially polite way. It's positively Orwellian! Next time I'm using Virgin, Iceland Air or ANYBODY over BA. BA *****!
