I contacted them, and was told that my landline was being disconnected, even though I hadn't asked for this and hadn't been told this would happen. I was also told that my second number, which I'd given to several offices as my home number, would be lost. I was told there was nothing they could do, but they apologized and told me I would be given either some sort of refund or discounts as a result.*Instead of a refund or discounts, Bell actually charged me ** days notice for disconnecting the line. Because their office took so long to get back to me, I was charged interest on my bill. I was double charged for days on which I had both the cell and landl
