They cut my electric off in the middle of winter in single digit numbers. I had to leave my home and go live elsewhere. They will not help with a budget plan. They are horrible and I thought it was against the law to turn someones electric off in the middle of winter especially with someone that is ** years old!!!! You should all be ashamed of yourself!
