They said they would send it to their billing department to investigate and it should be resolved by my next bill. When I got my next bill, it was not resolved and my balance was $***.** I called again. There was nothing in their records that anything was done so they were going to send it to billing again. My April bill was $***.**. I called again. I talked to Marvin who informed me that the billing department looked into this and they said the bill was correct and is going to stay as is. I stressed that I did not use more electricity in February and I did not know why the bill was so high. Marvin basically said that was my problem to figure out. Some one obviously took a wrong reading in February or wrote the numbers down wrong. Their chart has me using more electricity in February **** that I used i
