~jigsy:Very poor customer service. Had many claims that they kept billing me for. Was put in collections for a bill that had been paid by secondary insurance. Have a bill from ******* that I can't get billed to secondary insurance. I paid the bill. Was told since I paid it I couldn't get my money back. Too long. Our secondary insurance needed prescriptions for medical necessity. Even though Apria said they had the prescription they never sent to secondary insurance. I finally went to doctor and got prescriptions and mailed to secondary insurance. I have spent many hours on phone and postage to send information to get this claims corrected. I feel like I'm an Apria employee since I'm doing there work. I would cancel my service if it wasn't that our local Apria is so great and also the district manager. Senior citizens that don't understand the billing system I am sure are just paying whatever Apria sends them a statement for.
