Was promised overnight delivery twice, and one time the package was lost and the second time Apria rep gave me a fed ex tracking number that didn't come up in the fed ex system. He said it was shipped overnight ****esterday or the day before". I don't believe the package was shipped - he put the blame on fed ex. I asked him what he was going to do about it - he said nothing, that I had to call fed ex. Apria customer service is the worst.
