~koilman123:I had Apria send in my C-Pap machine for repair. I had told the Apria rep. that I had a $**** deductible on my insurance and that I hadn't used any of it. He assured me twice (once in July when I dropped it off and once in Sept. when I picked it up) that my only responsibility would be around $*** (turned out to be $***.**) Some things in my insurance are put toward the deductible and some things are not. I had depended on the answer that the Apria rep had given me and so I ordered the service. *When picking up the unit, there was no explanation of exactly what was done because, again, I was assured that my only responsibility was $***. *I gave Apria my unit in July to be sent in. I got it back in September. Nine months later (June) I get a bill from Apria Healthcare for an additional $***.**.*I understand insurance and deductibles. It was the Apria rep that misled me on the cost. I have talked to Apria's branch manager, Billy Edwards (***-***-****). He stands by his employee and that
