~Painintheneck:Customer service can't and won't do anything for you. They are in fact told they must get permission from a supervisor before they can proceed with ANYTHING. Of course no supervisor is available at the time so they put you on hold AGAIN for **minutes before a supervisor takes the call and tells you that she can't do anything because it's the responsibility of your branch office and then refuses to contact the branch office for you. In the end nothing gets done. After waiting three weeks for a prescribed prosthetic, they knowingly shipped me the wrong one and REFUSED to do anything to correct their mistake. This company should be forced to close and no health insurer should continue doing business with them. We, as health insurance consumers should demand that our insurance carriers use different providers. I have not seen ONE positive comment on ANY of numerous sites about APRIA. Supervisor Ruth and service reps Vicky, Ashley, and others whose names I did not write down are incompe
