GetHuman-105780:The AppleCare representative and the Senior Advisor were helpful, and the wait was minimal. They were in Arizona, so there was not the usual language problem! While they did not give me exactly what I needed, which was an exception of three days out of warranty(they can issue a customer satisfaction code)they did give me the ability to convince the Apple store to issue this code and get the phone up and running.
