I was transferred to a Senior Advisor after a brief explanation and screen share with a Customer Support Member who did not have quite as much experience as I needed with my call. He patiently led me through a short process which fixed my ITunes problem I had been struggling to fix for over * months. Best Buy's Genius's couldn't fix the problem, but Apple Customer Support didn't let me down! So very, very happy that I called.
